Harry Gow's Dream Rings

This is hilarious....
I haven't eaten a whole dream ring in a very long time. But after a busy day and a long drive home......

Three good things
1. Some gardening in the morning
2. Parsnip soup with the vegetables I dug up
3. A lovely haircut before driving home.

Dream Rings are very large light textured buns, (much more airy than doughnuts) split in two and lots of light confectioner's cream between top and bottom, and then icing on top. Allan was laughing at me so he took the photo. He ate his one later😄😄
