When we got home after the weekend there was a message on the phone from a lovely lady at church. Someone who knew I'd a bit of a health blip felt I should have the flowers from church on Sunday. I did feel a bit of a fraud going to collect them from her as I was feeling fine and had such a good time in the Netherlands!!
But I did appreciate the kindness in our little congregation!
Three good things
1. Village news shared in the nicest way!
2. The plants in the garden are loving all the rain we've had today.
3. A good tidy time in my classroom this afternoon. I have so many resources and it's tricky making space for them all!!!!
I too have been the recipient of flowers from church like this brought round on a Sunday evening or Monday morning....such a lovely thing to do but I know what you mean about feeling a bit of a fraud!
