So Happy Independence Day to American friends!
We have the 'other grandparents' here this week to share part of the family holiday.
They all went out for the day while I was at school but when I was home for lunch I looked out the bunting from last year and put it up in the hall and kitchen. It was fun and much appreciated. But then Allan and I also appreciated dinner being prepared by the young folk!!!!
Delicious pulled pork a la USA!!
And strawberry and blueberry dessert after.
