You can't do better on a grey day than find some flower to cheer things up.
Mum loves when she has flowers arranged in the house. And few things give me more pleasure!
The top left are on the kitchen window sill, bits and pieces from the ones I bought but also Sweet Peas and Cosmos from the garden after the rain stopped. Roses on the sitting room window sill and the pink and gypsophila in the hall by the front door.
Three good things
1. A warm welcome to new people at church this morning.
2. A good journey home by car. Allan picked me up on his way back from Orkney.
3. Rhubarb and Ginger Edinburgh Gin....just love it for winding down time.
Your flower arrangements are lovely, I know your mother is so happy to have them. I just love all the flavors of gin you mention, they sound delightful.
These lovely flowers would give cheer to anyone who sees them - including all of us on 365! I only wish I could catch the scent of the sweet peas too! Fav
