So ...yesterday we explored some FB links and found a garden centre which is open. Apparently 8% of independent ones have been given permission. So we made the short journey and came home with these 'Erica family' items and planted them in the cleared area of the circle on the drive.
When we moved here in 1993 it was full of heather and evergreens but we didn't know much about gardening and it all became very overgrown. Hard work to remove!!! Hope these little ones can thrive there.
Three good things.
1. Up early for gardening
2. Lots of sunshine for gardening
3. Relaxed after gardening to Runrig - The Last Dance, recording of their final concert in Stirling last summer. We didn't go but many friends did and we even spotted one couple in the crowd at one point

Wow lucky you & them...ours are desperate to open up. One of our local one is taking plants to the local shop & giving them free. Just a short month at the end of April to open up might just save them.
