So delightful that all three sisters are flourishing now.......they had a near drowning experience but seem none the worse!
Three good things
1. A lovely walk at Haddo with a colleague
2. Pancakes and raspberries with a friend at out patio table
3. Mum has had a lovely day - my sister's birthday so lots of family at the beach and it's the first time Mum has been out for over a year!
