A little bit of fresh air

.....so good.
Early start to see overnight nurse on her way.....grateful to have such fantastic care for Mum so we can sleep.
After a busy morning went for a beach walk with sister and niece....the light was awesome and it was a tonic.
Three good things
1. Sleep....we all need lots at the moment
2. Good company
3. NHS care teams are awesome.
