We had plenty for dinner this evening, even quantity for 2 is too much these days.
I say it mellows or something as the spices work their magic overnight.
Three good things
1. Lovely bright sunny day
2. Big session of cleaning, tidying, and sorting. Very satisfying and I will sleep well.
3. Zoom chat with sister Kate and a concert to watch. 😊
