My lovely colleague who was off and whose class I was covering gave me this lovely bouquet as a thank you when I popped in to see her and the children this morning.
They were all happy to see her; also happy to see me so everyone is a winner!!!
Three good things
1. getting used to my different routine and catching up with some children I knew from previous years.
2. Outdoor learning - I was missing it after being out every day with 5-year-olds so making every opportunity to get out with older learners.
3. Catch up on planning time this evening. Tomorrow should be calmer!!
