Colour at the Redgarth

We went out for dinner last night and as we headed home we stopped to notice how lovely the flowers were in the planters and borders.
Today was Apple Sunday at Pitmedden Garden. Allan was on duty with the car parking and it was a beautiful day.
I was to have gone with a friend but she wasn't very well so I popped over for some fruit and honey and came home to cook dinner.
Three good things
1. A quiet day.....happens so rarely.
2. Usually the helpers get lunch but 🙄, anyway Allan enjoyed the one I took over for him.
3. Doreen for dinner. She is one of my oldest friends and a friend to so many.

Ah I mentioned apple weekend whe we were at the garden centre on Thursday. They have a big Apple weekend but I’m pretty sure it’s sometime in October. Your place looks really attractive!
