While we were away

Colour changes and strong winds did their work!! Places where great piles of leaves had gathered last week were leaf free this morning and leaf free flower beds had new coats!!
But I was well wrapped up and busy for a few hours before rain came.
Loving how light changes everything
In just a few minutes....
Three good things
1. Laundry catch up
2. Restful afternoon
3. So many TV choices.....can revisit on iplayer I guess

The gold of the leaves has not lasted long on the trees this year. As you say, the wind has been strong at just the wrong moment! But still beautiful
