Heading home after our weekend with Grannie, we called on friends in Edinburgh to drop off a package.
It added a bit to our journey but a beautiful afternoon and just after the Queensferry Crossing I liked the light and effects of the edge of the motorway. Passenger seat photos are not the best but....!!!
Three good things
1. Grannie was on the go with her walking frame and made herself tea and toast. It's lovely to see her feeling independent.
2. Steak pie (from our butcher) for lunch and sticky toffee pudding after. Grannie had a little more after!!
3. Good to say hello to friends we haven't seen for ages....and not too late getting home.
