Nephew was arranging all his kit after his challenging day on Ben Nevis. I was fascinated - they looked rather beautiful and he explained how each one was used!! Awesome.

Expensive looking gear but very necessary…must have been interesting learning what was what but I don’t imagine you will be trying it out for yourself!! 🤣
@happypat you are so right. Even thinking about him is a challenge. But he's very good..... recently presented with an award for a new climb in Canada with his colleague ...the rute had never been climbed before!! Awesome, and such a lovely guy!!
