Just wanted to remind myself of my visit to Gordon Castle Garden at its quietest! The day I went to collect my materials for my Winter Wreath only a few staff members were around as the garden and café were closed.
So good to have blue sky, sunshine and peaceful order around the buildings. If we lived closer I think I might visit every week - an hour's drive is quite a lot and we have so many gardens much nearer home.
Three good things
1. Stillness in sunshine
2. Allan's company ... very helpful and he did the driving.
3. Some more gifts wrapped.
@jamibann I have only 'found it' in recent years but always come away inspired. Closed Mon and Tues and best to book at the cafe as it can be very busy. Lovely part of the country.
