Books and Beans

This is one of our favourite lunch stops/coffee stops and we had a leisurely lunch and browse yesterday before going to the cinema to see 'The Artist' which we really enjoyed!
I loved the clock which I hadn't noticed before.
It's full of mostly second hand books with assorted chairs and tables for browsers /diners alike and always interesting to people watch. Some are on their own, some in groups....... and endless other things to notice!
It's very central and with my Belmont Cinema friend's card I get a discount which is even better! Bought a book for £2.50 - pretty good all round!
And Happy Birthday to Allan today! Very low key but we'll enjoy the day!

As always, a great collage Sarah. This looks like a place I would love. (What will you do when Picnik goes away?) There - I think I'm pretty well caught up with my comments. I'm going to TRY to work harder at that.
