I've decided I don't like it much. The first morning the alarm was VERY alarming, but thankfully that is now adjusted. But this morning it caught my eye in the half light and I thought if I added a helmet it could almost be Darth Vader ...

You made me laugh with your comments about Darth Vader !! I hate alarm clocks partly because Harry can never set the things or claims not to be able too & sometimes I used to have to get out of bed to reset the thing if the electric had been off ! Very good make you have there too !
Yes, you have to squint to see it as Darth Vader, but I can see the likeness. Our 3 year old granddaughter reset our bedside weather station when she was here recently. The day after she left, the alarm on it went off at 6am - a very unwelcome sound. Peter thought he had turned it off but guess what - it went off again the next day! 3 year olds have an amazing grasp of technology these days.
