Slipped on the ice this morning and hit my head and spine on some concrete steps nearly knocking myself out. The folks at the Emergency Room took good care of me and I'm feeling a bit silly and sore but OK.
Hopefully will produce a better photo tomorrow ;-).
Oh, Scott, I am so sorry for you! What redeeming thing can I say about this sad photo except it surely shows your commitment. I hope you are feeling better very soon.
Ouch!!! Glad you are okay. You will probably feel it more tomorrow and the next day. I fell head-first down the last 3 steps inside a couple of weeks ago. Was pretty shaken, but really felt it 2 days later. Still have the bruises on my knees and leg. The floor in the Emergency Room is very shiny and slick looking.
So sorry to hear of your fall, and glad you are ok. Falling is a real danger in this kind of weather. I am impressed that you were still able to get a shot!

ohh ------that is dangerous!!!! Really glad that u are okay. good for u for still finding a shot..I am assuming that nothing happened to the camera in that incident?
Oh dear. Hope you are feeling better soon. Falling really shakes you up doesn't it. Even if the damage isn't too serious it really scares you. How clever of you to think of recording the event with the Emergency Room.
OMG! So glad you're OK. Only another nutty 365er would be in the ER with his camera taking shots and actually getting it posted the same day! I'd do exactly the same thing! Consider a heating pad, two aspirin and and a stiff shot of whiskey to ease the pain.
