This is one of the few remaining pre-Civil War structures near where I live (Germantown, MD). Hard to believe that families would all live in a one room house like this without Wi-Fi!
It's already lasted longer than many of our more modern ones! Amazing to think of how people lived back then - and we fuss about some inconveniences with the cable goes out. Love the shot and your processing.
Great capture. It makes me realise how lucky we are today. There is a museum called Cultra back home in Ireland where they have moved houses from all over Ulster, and rebuilt them brick by brick. Some of them are so small I can't imagine raising a family in them and yet they did.
