This is my time when I go out riding my bike, this time down to the river. The wind was a little cold and unpleasant, but the exercise for my unfit legs keeps me warm!
@narayani Absolutely win/win. I am enjoying this bike more than the one that was stolen .... it is so simple any idiot can ride it as it has no gears, but mostly, I think, I have some time now to take a bit of time for me, instead of using up all the "me time" in the day (plus extra) going to the hospital every day. And riding/being alone is good therapy and helps me recharge the batteries.
