This is hugely popular here too- it looks a bit odd to me but it s’posed to keep you very fit.

@s4sayer @narayani It is hugely popular here too - and the fit, athletic young folk even manage to do this in the ocean, not just calm waters like this. I tried it before on a friend's sup board, (in calm, safe waters), and loved it. What a sense of achievement when I got the hang of it and didn't fall off the board trying to turn around. And what fun. I can understand the addiction!
