Yesterday I managed to bag all 4 of us some tickets to see The Who on their "Quadrophenia and other things" tour in the summer.
So, I thought I had better order the movie and watch it for the first time in nearly 30 years!!
Having seen off Manflu, I now have another busy weekend planned. Out for a Ruby Murray with our mate Trent tonight, who is over from Denver for a few days on business. Off to Wigan with Sam and Ben and my two young nephews tomorrow to see Southampton. East Leake Beer Festival tomorrow night when I get back. Ben is playing with Hathern Band in church on sunday am, then to my inlaws for lunch and then hopefully watching the Superbowl in the evening.
Meanhwile my business partner has had a great meeting with a customer today that should see some new business coming our way, and I'm seeing another customer on monday evening to hopefully achieve the same.
Thanks to all for the great feedback and favs on my Yacht on the Horizon shot yesterday. I'm chuffed to bits.
@simon0128 You might get the nod on one of the tickets yet then Simon!! I am not sure how much the kids will like it, except that being budding guitarists, they should go just to watch Pete Townshend.
I saw them live in Detroit on November 24th doing this show. It was amazing. I have seen Roger 2 times previous but seeing Pete up there with him was awesome. Sound great for a bunch of old guys.
What a busy weekend!
