The Dahlia's Are Still In Bloom in October!

The Dahlia's were beautiful on Thursday as I visited the market. Bought a beautiful bouquet. Enjoy the flowers of Washington State.

Dahlia's always look so cheerful at this time of year when theres not much colour, in the garden, I have a few in ours but I don't like to pick them

Lovely shot...and what a day brightener fresh flowers are. Yesterday, our science teacher (who also doubles as the woman in charge of our lower school garden) needed me to help her with her website. She brought me some fresh flowers as a thank you...just 7 flowers in a cocktail sauce bottle (label still on) but oh how they brightened my day!
