The bridge links the 4th Arrondissement, at the Île de la Cité, to the 5th Arrondissement, between the quai de Montebello and the quai de la Tournelle.

@parisouailleurs No, he was psoing for I would assume his girl friend/wife... I just caught him when he was not looking at her camera! Quite a display of locks. Not sure how I feel about this Love-Lock craze!
