This is some fro-yo that I had for dessert tonight which my parents got at the store earlier this month. Nothing really exciting happened today except I got a headache at some point during my physics lecture so I went home early instead of going to the tutorial center unfortunately. The headache is still there but slowly wearing off.
I used to get headaches a lot but cutting out a lot of sugar really helped. I've also heard that peppermint oil is very good for headaches. I think it is massaged on the temples. I've never tried it though.
