Food To Carb Up By

Tomorrow I'm running the New York City Half Marathon. When I was preparing for the New York City Marathon last November, I decided that Philly pretzels are a great carbing up food - they are softer than New York pretzels, and I digest them really well. So I had one just now, I'll have one for breakfast in the morning, and my husband will have one to give me on the course tomorrow. Yum!

I shot this with several lenses. I thought the best shots would be with my 35 mm lens, but to my surprise my favorite shots were the ones I took with my new macro lens. I love being able to get close up to a subject like this.

i wish I could do a half... :-(. I have done a 10k so far, hurt my foot though, so I have not gone out in a bit.
