My husband joined me for lunch at work yesterday. Normally when I get coffee, I put a little insulator sleeve over the cup to make it easier to handle, but I didn't do that at lunch. My husband noticed how the cup's midway line indicates that it's half full, rather than half empty.
I like that - I find work to be a very positive experience, and this general attitude is part of the reason why.
