We travelled to Deadwood in the Black Hills and it snowed during the night. We spent a day in the mountains, visiting the Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse memorials, but rather than a tourist shot (of which I have very many!) I chose an image of a lake that we passed, and stopped to stroll around, before we headed up into the higher hills
Lovely shot - the snow makes everything look so pretty. Nice reflections! Are those the Black Hills as in the song (Calamity Jane??) 'Take me back to the Black Hills, the Black Hills of Dakota ..' ?
