Quince

Our neighbour has this wonderful mature quince, Chaenomeles, that puts on a wonderful display at this time of the year. It must be 5m high, and spreads over a fence by the junction at the top of our lane. I am sure that it is admired by passing motorists and dog walkers, as well as the neighbours.
