Another Welsh shot taken from the dam that we raced to to photograph the setting sun. After half an hour or so the sun finally sank behind the mountains, leaving a golden glow reflected in the lake. We headed back to the car and found evidence that occupiers of a camper van in the car park had shared our view of the sunset. Clearly their experience was a lot more relaxed than ours. @shepherdmanswife quite likes the idea of a camper van (would that be a Recreational Vehicle on the far side of the Big Pond?) when we (eventually) retire. I’m not so sure. Some of our most interesting trips in Wales involved some exceedingly narrow roads.
Lovely scene.
