Barmouth. A stroll over the rail/foot bridge crossing the estuary, and a walk in the hills on the far side. I liked the symmetry of the bridge leading to the hills, and leaned over the fence between rail and boardwalk for a photo. I heard a rumble, & looked over my shoulder to see a train bearing down on me from Barmouth station. Frightened the life out of me. Got a "bit of a look" from the driver. I'm used to such looks from @shepherdmanswife.....
No wonder you get the looks from the wife after the photos you posted of her, the one one on Aberystwyth beach is a corker though. Like this shot, I've never been across it, so i'll put it on my to do list.
