A view from a motorway service station. I wouldn't normally enthuse about a motorway service station, but this is not the usual bland corporate facility, but Tebay Services on the Birmingham to Carlisle M6, family owned, set back from the motorway among trees, with walks and views from the car park ideal for those of us travelling with a pooch. If only the restaurant had a dog friendly area, it would be perfect. Taken on our autumnal trip to Scotland.
