Not far from home after our trip to Brinklow yesterday, @Shepherdmanswife looked in the rear-view mirror, which, being a good driver, she does frequently, and exclained "Wow! Look at the giant sun!" With nowhere safe to stop, we continued home and pulled up onto the drive as the sun descended behind trees opposite our house. @Shepherdmanswife had the wrong lens, and I only had my compact camera, but we took a couple if quick shots, ran inside and upstairs with correct lens/camera for a better view from the bedroom. Too late. The sun had set.
