Crocosmia - Lucifer

I had a walk around the garden when I got home from work tonight looking for inspiration.This is the bud of the Lucifer Crocosmia flower. In a few days time it will be a stunning red colour. I love this beautiful flower when its blooming, but also love the intricacy of the buds before they explode into colour. Can't wait!
