He just stood there and shook his mane like we would if hair got in our eyes! Unfortunately for him it looked like he could do with the works.....shampoo, cut and blow dry! I bet he'd be quite handsome once some TLC had been furnished on him. Just look at his muddy legs!
Can't believe I got first and second place in the TT this week. Thank you all so much in getting my photos there. I never ever thought I'd get one to number one, let alone one and two. Absolutely amazing!
He needs to come to the Houston Rodeo for a wash and blow dry!!! This photo could be used for a cartoon character portrait ... the look in the eyes and the flowing locks of hair! Beautiful. Fav.
@lucypics I didn't. He already looked like that. I guess I was lucky to get him shaking his Maine! I didn't realise I had taken this shot until I put it on the computer. Apart from cropping it's much as it was.
Your photos have a magical feel to them. Such a joy to look at. The hair on this horse is amazing, even if it is in need of a shampooing and blow dry.
How dreadful that you're being invaded by an unwelcomed ladybug. I'm not sure if the one I photographed was one that bites but I do know we have some that dole out a nasty pinch. It seems the smaller ladybugs I remember from childhood had more color than the ones here in the midwest of the U.S. Thanks for the shared "great shot" on the photo.
@shepherdmanswife then you deserve every bit of credit you're getting this is awesome, was just about to ask what editing did you use....looks like a painting :0) beautiful
I think he's very handsome even with tousled hair and muddy legs, and this gorgeous capture is definitely a fav for me. Extreme congrats on the TT appearances!
His mane looks so soft and flowing. Looks like he came straight from a fairytale. Ok, so maybe he got a little dirty on the way from the fairytale, but beautiful anyway. FAV

Congrats on 1 & 2 TT places - wonderful stuff!
Congrats on the TT, also!
I love this.
