Yes - always makes me angry when I see this! I am not keen on graffiti even in town - not sure when it became street art? Even more I hate it when I see rubbish just dropped anywhere but especially in the countryside! Grrrrr you have started me off now! Lol!
certainly does stand out in the picture. The lean of the yellow pole is interesting, as though a giant spray-paint pencil had been left there. The lines of this are wonderful too with the trees leaning up to the building and the ivy-eaten roofline dropping off to the right. Just a gorgeous picture despite its documentary of misbehavior.
A lovely scene, despite the unwelcome and unexpected "decoration" to the brick. I do enjoy the ivy-covered roof, especially. Too bad that folks can't keep their spray-painting hands to themselves.
I hate graffiti. I live in a city that aggressively gets rid of it -- public property gets cleaned up in a day or two, and there is a bylaw that requires private landowners to remove it, as well.
Somehow, it fits the city oftentimes -- under railroads, along gritty roads. BUT to see this in the country looks like such defiling of nature. So disrespectful!
It does make you wonder who SO is, and why they have such a great need to mark their environment in such a way! Beautiful landscape, otherwise, but the tag does draw your eye into the building..
