I'm hungry! We've been having the baby blue tits visit the feeding station and they demand that their parents feed them, even though I have seen them feeding themselves. They're so cute and fluffy whereas the parents are looking thin and tatty.
That is indeed a very demanding looking face. I always feel sorry for the parents around this point in the rearing cycle. The chicks look almost as big yet they are still peeping and cheeping and demanding the worn looking parents feed them.
