So completely and totally bummed! I have never failed to get an awesome shot of my love, the moon. Until this morning. Until the event of the year! Not one clear shot. Not even one. UGH!!!! But here she is anyway, because how could I not post her? She's been on my calendar for months. I missed her last time she turned red when the east coast was socked in by rain clouds, and I don't think she turns red for us next year. So here she is, unshaven, no makeup, no hairspray, no pretty jewelry. But she's here. And I love her nonetheless.
Lesson learned: don't be trying to take photos before you've had your morning coffee.
Nice capture Ashley.I sat out untill the moon disappeared taking a lot of photos but in the end i had to go to hospital for a blood transfusion because the mozzies had bled me dry lol
At least you managed to get the solar eclipse and the red glow, more than I did out here in Oz. Thick cloud prevented the moon being seen at all. Great shot.
