@peterlgrave Peter, I've noticed several times that my shots appear darker on my phone than they do on my computer screen. Didn't know which one was showing me the true output. That kind of makes post processing a bit of a crap shoot, doesn't it?
@shesnapped It does. Various monitors (including phones, tablets, etc) have different brightness and contrast settings and an image can potentially vary quite dramatically between them. I've ended up using my Mac retina display as my "base" and if I'm quite particular about a specific image then I will send it to myself via web-based email so I can open it on several different monitors (at work or around the home, etc) in an effort to get a 'balanced' image. Given the effort though, I only do this for very particular "portfolio" images. Otherwise I just use my Mac laptop which has the best display of any electronic device I currently own.
