Wine, grapes

My get pushed partner Michelle @psychegrrrl challenged me to a low key still life this week. Perfect timing because this image has been percolating in my brain all week long.

This is another photo using the light sculpting technique. Not completely sure what I think...

A wee bit dark for me - would have like a teeny bit more light on the bottle from somewhere! You have chosen your lighting carefully though I can see!

I agree the light on the grapes is lovely, but a bit more needed on the bottle overall, and a bit less just above the label where there's a big line of light

I like the concept of the picture a lot; by light sculpting do you mean playing with flashlights and the like? I'm having a blast playing with that technique. (Oh, and we noticed the bottle, misspellings and all!!!)

@shesnapped the pears one from a couple days ago and the flowers were done with flash lights. pvc pipes! I'll have to read up on that.

I'm not sure if you have had a challenge yet on 'Dutch Angle'. If not then do you want to have a go at that?
