Chincoteague opened back up this morning (Sept 4) around 10 since Hermine has moved to the east somewhat, making the whole beach area a bit safer. Still quite windy, tho, and chilly, and the sun was in and out. Needless to say, the photos were less than stellar. But with a little editing (or a lot...), this little seagull's bathtime turned out to be as much fun on my laptop as he was on the beach!
