Keeping myself sane

Studying is not fun and it's hard to stay focused and motivated when I feel like my life lately has been in perpetual flux. Luckily one of the constants has been yoga. This time off of work is also a good opportunity for me to try and practice even more regularly, and it's been a good source of stress relief.
This is great - love the tones.
