I think the flower is called Monks Hood and every part of the plant is actually poisonous. it is one that was in the garden when we came here but it is so nice I leave it.

I have no zoom on at all! I had my camera on the macro setting and the lens was approx 1cm from the bee. I also had it on rapid burst.
