Caught by the cows

I was on my way home after spending the afternoon getting the industrial tent ready for the show tomorrow when I got stopped by our neighbours cows coming down the road to be milked.
A nice capture.

Reminds me of our holidays in England and Wales; we often had to give way to cows. Hubby loves cow 'processions' like this.

Love how they are streaming up the road and the rustic stone walls. Friesians always look beautiful within a green setting :)

I love the way they wind their way up the road at their own pace. Nicely captured.

Big fave Shirley.....my farmer husband & I love this photo! We used to milk cows most of our married life but now retired. I got a panic on for a second thinking we had missed the Westmoreland Show.....must be a different one you are talking about! We miss our cows!

The Westmorland is on the 10th Sept this year. We are hoping to go but are not showing anything this year.

Lovely photo of cows as they should be living; not on one of those super farms.
