Wind damage

Not only did we have a lot of rain yesterday and over night we had very strong winds overnight and today.
Pretty drastic weather, great shot.

We passed around your area yesterday afternoon Shirley...road from Kelso through Longtown to Carlise. The weather for driving & farming was just dreadful......I feel for you going around outside most of the day. Hope you all keep safe from falling stuff!

Batten down the hatches and keep safe. Such a shame when trees are damaged.

@onewing @bruni @kimdavis @stiggle @annepann @roachling @flowerfairyann @bkbinthecity @dizzyd @tonydebont @lavenderhouse Thank you all for taking the time to look at and comment on my pictures, I appreciate them all. It is a shame when lovely old trees are brought down by the wind but at least it did no more damage. @happypat you had a lovely ride out even in the rain. Carlisle is about 35 miles from us. But it is the main shopping place and also the nearest hospital to us.
