Icicles by shirleybankfarm

Icicles

This bush was on the side of the road where there had been a large puddle. As traffic has passed through the puddle splashing water into the bush it has frozen and formed this lovely sculpture. The temperature has never been about freezing for two days. The lowest so far was last night at -9.3 degrees.
It's like Narnia....

Today has been rather warmer with the temperature getting up to +2 at times, but most of the time it has rested at 0 degrees.
