It looks like an Aussie red cedar tree - but with actual red leaves - fascinating. And how good to get pistachio nuts - but no - that's not the spelling you've got! Do you get anything edible from this? :)
@robz Nothing edible. It is a Chinese Pistache. Interesting you should ask though because we live on what used to be one of the largest pistachio producing farms in the world...Fiddyment Farms. We see pistachio trees everywhere but gone wild.
@shutterbug49 How very interesting Shutterbug - do the wild trees produce any nuts? We get wild fruit trees that do fruit but the result is usually inedible. :)
