We took a tour of this no longer used lighthouse that was most unusually (for the time) run by a woman. The lighthouse came with a kitchen with recipes on the wall. One thing that stood out to me is that they said boil carrots for 30 minutes. I think they would be MUSH.
That's such a different looking lighthouse. It somehow seems to perfectly show that it was run by a woman - it just seems to have a womanly touch - homely and comfortable
