Yesterday we went on a hill climbing hike above Tahoe. On our way back down the hill we came across this half buried truck. Some centuries in the future an archeologist may find this. I have to wonder how it got here. It wasn’t easy for us to get to this point.
@robz I think it is native to the Northwest US. It is called Manzanita, which means little apple in Spanish. The fruit looks like little apples and is sometimes used for wine, but not for eating.
