Laura, Josh and I finished our bike ride where we started it - at this lovely, quaint Vermont covered bridge that is dripping with character. Our bike ride started in sunny weather, but it was overcast when we returned. Behind the left side of the bridge is a bed and breakfast. We had lunch at the farm and then took off for an afternoon of sightseeing in the SUV. Tomorrow we will see a family portrait at this bridge and on Friday, on to Hogback Mountain!
Sounds like a beautiful day with your family. Covered bridges really excite me, I guess every since I read Bridges of Madison Co. many yrs ago. We have none around here so I always enjoy seeing photos of the different styles. This one is great.....so long and rustic. Beautiful capture and a fav.
