For the 1968 model year, Dodge redesigned its Charger muscle car and the result was one of the best looking American cars of the decade. The coke bottle shape, combined with the "flying buttress" C pillar (as seen in this image) drove people wild and the '68 Charger was an incredible sales success: sales were up 509% over the '67 Charger! It was also brutally powerful, with 440 Magnum and 426 Hemi engines in the R/T series.
This is also my first attempt at low key automobile photography. How do you like it?
I like the look of your shot Danny. The light on it is very good. I bet you could hear this car in the next county!! I guess you would need to be a millionaire nowadays to afford the gas!!
